Training and mentoring
AWorksCouncilissteepedinindustryknowledge,know-howandexperience.Workingtogether,allthatcanbeusedforthebetter.Inour trainingsessions,aCouncilpracticeshowitcaneffectivelyapplyitsexperienceduringgeneralmeetings.Dependingonyourneedsandthe needsoftheWorksCouncilitself,welookforpossibilitiestoinvolveyouintrainingormentoringexercisesinyourmanagementcapacity. The WorksCouncilisanautonomousbodyandoughttoremainso.Thetrainingcourseswerunareinkeepingwiththatvision,yetarefocused on longterm collaboration and effectiveness.
